Research Assistant
Physician graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2025) and candidate for a master’s degree in clinical Epidemiology at the same institution. She is the coordinator of the EMERGE Research Group on Epidemiology and Modeling of Emerging Pathogens at the Institute of Public Health of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She currently works as a Research Assistant at CLIMAS Hub, where she supports the Hub and its projects in monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes, contributing to the analysis and management of strategic information.
She has experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, database management, and the application of statistical methods for epidemiological analysis. She has participated in information analysis processes, development of technical reports, and support in project management, monitoring, and research project follow-up, contributing to strengthening evidence-based decision-making.
Her professional trajectory is characterized by collaborative work with academic, institutional, and community teams. Her interests include the impact of infectious diseases and mental health conditions in vulnerable populations, the use of evidence for decision-making, and the generation of applied knowledge for local contexts.
